We ask that each family sign up for as many volunteer slots as they are able so that we can make sure that everyone has a chance to chip in and help out! Every family must sign up for a minimum of 4 volunteer positions, we should have all slots filled! Sign-ups are on a first come, first serve basis, so if you definitely know the slots that you want, be sure to sign up sooner rather than later before those slots are filled! 

Also, if you end up not being able to work your shift, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. But we have an AMAZING group of families, so that shouldn't be hard to do!

If you have not signed up for your 4 meet positions by May 31, we will register you for whatever positions are remaining based on your children's swim meet availibility form.  It will then be your responsibility to find a replacement if the date does not work for you.
