Practices will begin on Monday, May 14 and will be held Monday - Friday.

We separate our swimmers by age for practices.  

Ages 5-6: Shrimps practice freestyle and swimming the length of the pool along with getting comfortable diving (or jumping in).

Ages 7-10: Our younger swimmers practice all four strokes as well as diving and finishing races legally (how to touch the wall for various strokes).

Ages 11-18: Our older swimmers practice all four strokes as well as diving, turns, and finishing races legally (how to touch the wall for various strokes).
